We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in support of our industry’s rapidly changing short-and-long term initiatives and staffing requirements. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full life-cycle sales process of short- and long-term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.
Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be tasked with bringing IT clients to STN utilizing your existing relationships and forging new connections. Our dedicated recruiting team will fill your requirements with skilled IT professionals for both contract and direct hire positions. You will identify and engage potential new clients, gaining insights into their specific needs. Additionally, you’ll serve existing clients, offering solutions for emerging challenges and providing expert guidance on talent requirements.
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree, plus at least 5 years of staffing / sales experience.
Customer Service experience- client facing, sales roles a huge plus.
Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong networking and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
