A career banker turned business builder, Amit spent over two decades in senior leadership roles with leading international banks, running large multinational client franchises across India, Singapore, and the Middle East, before transitioning into corporate advisory and, subsequently, into operating leadership and business building.

Over the past decade, Amit has spearheaded the turnaround and rapid scale-up of technology services businesses across the UK, Middle East, and Asia — most notably re-establishing Startech as a leading service provider to the USA’s data and communications industry, while simultaneously building group-wide operational capabilities across the Middle East and Asia. His track record includes successfully seeding, scaling, and divesting technology ventures across South and Southeast Asia, underscoring his sharp instinct for identifying and building businesses in complex, high-growth markets.

His leadership has spanned teams of 1,200+ professionals across geographies, backed by a consistent record of building high-performing organizations from the ground up.
