Mayank Mittal

CEO

Mayank Mittal

Mayank has over three decades of Telecom experience having worked in Wireless, Wireline, GSM, CDMA, NLD/ ILD, Enterprise and VHF RF Communications. He has worked extensively in Planning, Project Implementation, O&M and QEHS domains at leadership levels both in Active and Passive Telecom sectors before joining StarTech Networks group company Genesis in UK a few years back.

Having worked in large sized as well as startup organizations, Mayank has vast experience in managing and turning around various companies in his career

Mayank is an aluminous of BITS, Pilani who remains a humble leader and known as a People’s Manager with tenacity to produce results by bringing the best out of his team.

Rohit Chaudhry

Rohit Chaudhry

Rohit Chaudhry has an impressive 28-year career in telecom technology, combined with his engineering background, has indeed placed him in diverse leadership roles in Sales and Delivery on a global scale with companies like Bharti, Ericsson, Flextronics and Mycom. His journey includes notable partnerships with industry giants like AT&T, T-Mobile, Nokia, Ericsson, and Dish Networks. Additionally, he enriched his skills with an MBA from SMU COX in 2010.

Rachit Mahajan

Rachit Mahajan

Rachit is responsible for shaping StarTech’s long-term technology vision, automation, company strategy and driving innovation across the company.

Rachit is part of StarTech Networks since 2009 and carries over 18 years of experience in telecom industry He has delivered projects for StarTech in US, Canada and Caribbean Islands.

Rachit completed his education in engineering with specialization in the field of Computer Science.

Rachit is now overseeing the entire delivery of StarTech operations for North America Region. Rachit has single handedly run operations for over 200 teams and is customer’s favorite for delivering projects with quality and specified deadlines. Rachit has assisted in delivery of multiple special projects and continues to impress internal and external stakeholders by his hard work and determination.

Pinakin Gandhi

CFO

Pinakin Gandhi

Pinakin Gandhi is Chief Financial Officer at StarTech Networks Inc. He has been with the group for 26 years and has significant experience in the telecom and IT sector. He was in-charge of corporate strategy, investor relations and business development in international markets in his earlier roles with the group.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Mumbai, he secured his post-graduation in management studies with specialization in Finance. He also attended Tom peter’s workshop on leadership and Steven covey’s workshop on “seven habits of highly effective people”. Besides this, he has attended management training program at Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad on wealth creation.

Orral Sezer is the Vice President of Sales at Startech Networks. Orral manages the critical business relationships with the Startech partners, and he is responsible for helping Startech grow its market share as a partner of choice by expanding our service offerings within the telecom industry for a world class delivery.

Orral joined the company in 2018 and has over 35 years of prior experience in the telecommunications industry.

Orral received BSEE from MSOE and worked in Engineering and Sales for companies like Nortel, Tekelek, Sonus, Anritsu.

Manish Panchal

Manish Panchal

Manish has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology field with a strong background in System Security & IT Infrastructure Management, Migration & Administration on Azure Cloud services & Office 365 based Service implementations, having strong Project Management skills in multiple ERP end to end Implementations.

His experience helps in the implementation of strategic solutions benefiting the organization both in terms of technological transitions, productivity improvements and cost benefits.

Manish has a Master’s degree in Information Technology with specialization in Cloud Solution Architecture. Manish has worked with elite organizations in his vast and decorated career – Bank of America, Abbott, Viacom, Nicholas Piramal and Spykar Lifestyles etc.
