    Data Center Sales Executive

    Job Summary: Startech Networks is looking for a proven Data Center Sales Executive with active hyperscaler relationships (Google, Oracle, or Amazon) to join our growing team. What You’ll Bring: At least 2+ years selling fiber optics installation and/or structured cabling services to data centers. 5–7 years overall data center sales experience. A track record of selling engineering services/solutions to small or mid-sized companies. Ability to build and grow strategic hyperscaler accounts. What You’ll Do:  Drive new business with hyperscaler clients. Sell tailored solutions in fiber infrastructure, cabling, colocation, and cloud services. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure. Travel nationwide to meet clients and close deals. Location: Onsite in Plano, TX – 100% travel.     Job Summary: Configure microwave equipment for cell site communication, including master and slave parameter setup. Generate remote server specifications and integration scripts for (eNodeB/gNodeB). Integrate Nokia Airscale and Ericsson equipment using TCP/IP for LTE & 5G carriers. Add carriers for First Responders frequency and additional LTE bands. Optimize antenna signal coverage by reconfiguring Remote Electrical Tilt (RET). Maintain and improve network performance, resolve day-to-day issues, and support UMTS, LTE, & 5G clusters while implementing optimization plans and sponsoring best practices. Install and ground BB6630 in various cabinets as per client requirements. Perform LMT Browser and On-site Integration. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for technical, engineering, sales, and support roles across the organization. Collaborate with department heads to develop job postings, interview strategies, and employee selection processes. Manage the full onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires, including orientation and training. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and performance issues. Foster a positive company culture by promoting inclusivity, communication, and team collaboration. Work to increase employee engagement through regular feedback, surveys, and the implementation of improvement initiatives.
