Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily supervision of Underground and Aerial engineering activities, ensuring both productivity and quality assurance.
• Develop, monitor, and manage production, safety, and quality metrics.
• Assist the Customer in monitoring production activities and meeting set goals.
• Propose recommendations for enhancing quality and operational efficiency, implementing relevant quality control methods across the business unit.
• Recruit, oversee, and train employees, coordinate crew schedules, enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Generate reports, forecasts, and budgets as necessary.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve job-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contribute to strategic planning and execution with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Underground and/or Aerial Construction and Engineering
• Proficiency in fixed and fiber optic network operations, including strand, coax, and fiber splicing and activation.
• Experience working with various GIS Tools like Aramis, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably other relevant resource tools.
• Willingness to embrace challenges, expand knowledge, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high productivity and quality workmanship with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong planning, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license maintenance
