Procurement Manager

Job Description:

• Extensive knowledge and expertise with vendor management system.
• Eliminate risks while working with business teams project to transition and to achieve significant cost savings across multiple regions (North America, Canada, India)
• Build trust with new stakeholders and strengthen existing relationships with key stakeholders by providing in depth knowledge and support for the entire procurement lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations, support Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.
• Supplier Relationship Management – contract negotiation, vendor compliance, monitoring supplier performance, supplier leverage, supplier optimization
• Lead contract negotiations for engagements resulting in substantial cost savings, cost avoidance, and/or cost reductions for the organization.
• Manage biannual supplier performance reviews and adjust supplier base accordingly.
• Perform Supply Chain data analysis and create monthly reports in Excel for reporting the status of Key Performance Indicators to executive management and customers.
• Conduct negotiations with telecom equipment/telecom software vendors.
• Lead and oversee the travel team.
• Negotiate agreements with rental, hotel, and airline companies.
• Develop and implement process designs.
